Roller coaster day

11:30p.m.

It's been a rough day for everybody, the doctor did not give much hope as he was deteriorating fast. He is on full life support and the doctors were using medication to regulate his heart beat. By the end of the day, his heart was beating without medication, and his ICP was a little lower. It's a glimmer of hope, but hey, I'll take any glimmer. It has been touch and go the whole day, the pressure is still high on his cranium and they are having a challenge with maintaining his electrolyte levels (an automatic brain function) It is still very critical, but thank God, he is still alive. I have been saying that it is not over until it's over. He wasn't supposed to survive the surgery, but he did.
Hoping for the best.

Thank you Paul for the update, those doctors at Loma Linda are good at what they do. I hope a prayer will help him and his family through this most difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Fedderson Family.
